Eligibility Criteria for TSPSC Recruitment 2015
Educational Qualification :
a) Candidates should have complete a Diploma in D.C.E. / L.C.E. / L.A.A., awarded by the State Board of Technical Education.
OR
b) Degree in B. Arch. Or B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or B.Planning / B. Tech (Planning) from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act, recognized by the University Grants Commission.
OR
c) Any other equivalent qualification to the qualification under (a) & (b) above as prescribed by the Government from time to time and shall be enunciate by the Government thereto.
Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 years to 44 years. The age is reckoned as on 01.07.2015 (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).
Age Relaxations : The upper age limit prescribed above is however relaxable in the following cases :
1. Retrenched temporary employees in the State Census Department with a minimum service of 6 months : 03 years
2. Telangana State Government Employees (Employees of TSRTC, Corporations, Municipalities etc. are not eligible) : 05 years based on the length of regular service.
3. Ex-Serviceman : 03 years and length of service rendered in the armed forces.
4. N.C.C. (who have worked as Instructor in N.C.C.) : 03 years and length of service rendered in the N.C.C.
5. SC / ST and BCs : 05 years.
Application Fee : (Remittance of Fee) Each applicant must pay Rs.100/- towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay Rs.80/- towards Examination Fee. However, the following category of candidates are exempted from payment of Examination fee.
a) SC, ST, BC and Ex-Servicemen.
b) Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed).
Mode of Payment of Fee : The Fee is to be paid online through SBI ePay duly following online instructions once the application form details are submitted by filling TSPSC ID, date of birth and other particulars.
The fee once remitted, shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee, application fee, wherever applicable will entail total rejection of application. The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of fee is given in ANNEXURE -II.

Candidates must hold a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a Provincial Act or a State Act or institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification.
OR
Should possess a Diploma in Automobile Engineering issued by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, or Technological Diploma Examination Board, Hyderabad or Any other equivalent qualification and must hold a Motor Driving License and have experience in driving motor vehicles for a period of not less than 3 years and possess Heavy Transport vehicle endorsement.
Provided that where persons with 3 years experience in driving motor vehicles are not available, persons with two years experience in driving motor vehicles may be appointed.
Provided further that in case of Women, they must hold a Motor Vehicle driving license, if they are holder of Light Motor Vehicle Driving License only, they shall acquire the Heavy Transport vehicle Endorsement within two years of their joining the service as Assistant Motor Vehicles Inspector, failing which their services will be terminated without assigning any reasons.
Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 21 years to 34 years. The age is reckoned as on 01.07.2015.
