Pay Scale and Emoluments: The company at present follows Central Govt. DA pattern of pay scale. In order to attract and retain a competent workforce, the company has decided to fix higher initial pay in the respective pay band as detailed below-
1. Industrial Workmen Grade- IV: PB-2, Salary Rs.16200, Pay Scale- Rs.9300-34800/- + GP Rs.4200/-
2. Industrial Workmen Grade- III: PB-1, Salary Rs.1364000, Pay Scale- Rs.5200-20200/- + GP Rs.2800/-
3. Industrial Workmen Grade- II: PB-1, Salary Rs.10160, Pay Scale- Rs.5200-20200/- + GP Rs.2000/-
Educational Qualification: 10th Standard Examination Conducted by Central / State Board Plus Three years Diploma in Engineering India University / Institute in Relevant Discipline.
Age Limit: For Senior Grade - IV post candidates Maximum age limit is 30 Years, for Senior Grade - III is 28 years and Junior Grade - II post is 26 years as on 01/11/2015.
The age relaxation of upper age limit up to 5 years for SC / ST candidates, 3 years for other backward classes, 10 years for PWD candidates and for Ex Servicemen 3 years in addition to a number of years of service in Defense Forces subject to a maximum of 40 years.
Selection Procedure: Selection for the above-mentioned posts will be done through aptitude test and those who qualify in the test shall be permitted to attend Personal Interview.
The candidates applying for the posts mentioned above are advised to submit the applications in the prescribed format published herewith on one side only on A4 size paper along with a self certified copy of testimonials / certificates in support of educational qualifications, experience, caste category and any other relevant certificates two recent passport size photographs and personally appear for Walk-in-selection process as per time and date as notified.
